Creating a new group or organisation

Register an account in Scall

Only an administrator can add new users.

Step-by-step

1. Fill in the registration data

In order to create a group manager account, please fill in the requested fields and enter the number of user accounts to be made.

If you wish to receive an invoice, tick the ‘Invoice’ checkbox. It will be sent at the provided email address after the payment is made.

2. Summary

The summary with the choice of payment options will be presented as soon as you submit the registration form.

3. Select the method of payment

If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected automatically to the PayPal website. As soon as the payment process is completed, you will be redirected back to www.relayonit.com and your account will be activated.

If you choose to pay through a wire transfer, you will be presented with the bank transfer details on the registration summary page. In order to accelerate the process, please send the payment confirmation at: payments@relayonit.com

4. Creating the account

Successful account creation will be confirmed with a message. In case of an erroneous PayPal payment, you will be immediately informed. If you choose to pay through a wire transfer you will be presented with the bank transfer details.

5. Full activation

You will be able to add users to the group after the payment is credited on our account. Remember to create an account for yourself if you too want to use the application.

6. Payment history

You can check the payment history and status in Payment History tab at any time.

7. Adding users

All the needed information to download, install and sign in to Scall is sent to the users in an email, after their account has been added to the group.
