We specialize in the development of dedicated solutions for Central and Local Government units of all levels. We create software that integrates many existing independent systems that are already implemented in those institutions, which assure high standards of all the developed projects and their compliance with suitable parliament acts, amongst others the public entities computerization act. Our solutions improve the quality of services to citizens and the efficiency of everyday work in departments.

SODiR is an application allowing to submit requests for wage subsidies and social security contribution refunds for the employers of disabled workers, farmers and their family members and self-employed people. The system was commissioned by the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON) for the implementation of the tasks set out in the Act of 27 August 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons.

The system was implemented in 2004 and it is being constantly updated. The system processes the grant documents of approximately 21 thousand companies, employing a total of 220,000 employees, for an amount of approximately 2.7 billion PLN.

In 2013, the application has undergone extensive changes and has been rewritten to conform to the acts of the Cabinet of 12 April 2012 in the field of the National Interoperability Framework.

• 112 types of documents have been adapted to regulation,
• adjustment of the system has been completed more than a year before the statutory deadline set by the Council of Ministers,
• the system is adapted to WCAG 2.0 on level AA.

The most important thing in any project is that it is adapted to client’s current business needs and compliant with suitable legal acts. We constantly pay attention to the experience and system user feedback. Despite the frequently changing laws and technologies (Java, NPAPI and PPAPI) we try to simplify complex procedures and meet the expectations of users for easy and fast service application so that the process of submitting documents is the easiest possible.

SODiR OnLine – web application, providing services related to the introduction and sending requests for funding or reimbursement, together with the annexes, as well as sending and receiving correspondence associated with supported applications.

SODiR OnLine lets you sign documents with a qualified signature and a dedicated PFRON certificate.

SODiR OffLine – desktop application designed for employers of disabled workers. The application makes it easy to introduce into the system a large amount of documents and allows you to work without a constant connection to the Internet. This allows SODiR system integration with other systems, like accounting.

Operator System  – an intranet application designed for PFRON employees. It allows you to enter applications, attachments, certificates of disability and other documents submitted in paper form to the system. It also supports decision-making processes.

The application includes functionalities for disabled users.

 Technologies

The SMK application (System Monitorowania Kształcenia Pracowników Medycznych) is part of the P4 Project (“Section ICT Systems for Healthcare Information System”) developed by CSIOZ (Centrum Systemów Informacyjnych Ochrony Zdrowia), which is an entity created when the computerization of healthcare institutions act came into force on 28 April 2011. The Project has been awarded as one of the key projects of POIG (Operational Program for Innovative Economy) in years 2007-2013.

The main goal of the SMK application is to improve the business processes of data managing and access to healthcare informatics systems. The application allows the collection and processing of information about medical staff training sessions and their progress, thus allowing a smooth information flow concerning education between different units of healthcare organizations. It also allows quick access to data needed to effectively plan postgraduate education for employees, supports the process of submitting and considering of applications for a specialization, gathers data on the process of postgraduate education and supports the process of conducting exams.
